Jessie Moore spends 6 days a week at Pittman Park, taking care of little ones. Monday through Friday, she teaches the Older Twos class at the Pittman Park Education Center, then on Sundays, she teaches the nursery class for Park Kids. If you don’t have a child, you’re most likely to see her with her fifth-grader, Sutton at Open Table before class. Although her home church is across town at Connection, Jessie is part of our congregation, too! She recently answered a few questions to help us get to know her better.
What is your favorite thing about Pitttman Park?
My favorite thing about Pittman Park is how welcoming everyone has been.
Are you a dog person or a cat person?
I think I’m a bit of both! I have one dog, and one cat. Blossom is my dashund/lab mix, and Willow is an orange tabby. We also have a bearded dragon named Patches.
What is your superpower?
My superpower is my ability to create a positive environment for children! I love using creative activities to help them learn and grow.
