What is Catalyst Sunday? Come Find Out!

Have you ever felt like you’re called to make disciples but aren’t quite sure where to start? Or maybe you’ve heard sermons about the Great Commission but wished for more practical direction on how to actually live it out. That’s exactly why we’re introducing Catalyst Sundays at Pittman Park.

Catalyst Sundays are all about equipping us to live out our faith in real, tangible ways. Instead of just hearing that we should make disciples, these Sundays provide practical training and clear next steps to help us follow through. Throughout the year, these sessions will give us tools and strategies to make an impact, no matter where we are in our faith journey.

It’s not a one-size-fits-all approach, either. Each Catalyst Sunday will focus on a different aspect of discipleship and disciple-making, meeting us where we are and encouraging us to grow deeper in our walk with Christ.

This Month’s Catalyst Sunday Training: “5 Cups of Coffee”
When: Sunday, November 17, at 10 AM
Where: The Fellowship Hall

Our first Catalyst Sunday session, “5 Cups of Coffee,” is designed to show how simple, everyday conversations can open the door to discipleship. You don’t need a theology degree or all the answers—just a willingness to connect and share God’s love.

Here’s what you can expect:

Practical Guidance: Learn how to take small, intentional steps toward building relationships and having meaningful spiritual conversations.

Actionable Steps: Walk away with tools and ideas you can put into practice immediately.
Inspiration & Community: Be encouraged by real-life examples of how small efforts can lead to big impacts.

We’ll explore how inviting someone for coffee, tea, or even just a chat can become the starting point for a deeper relationship centered on Christ. It’s simple, approachable, and something we can all do.

Join us on November 17 at 10 AM in the Fellowship Hall to take the first step in turning the Great Commission into a part of your everyday life. Together, we’ll learn, grow, and take action to make a real difference.

Let’s move from being hearers of the Word to being doers!

Blessings,
